I was loving my Kindle until last evening when it wouldn’t come on..Ive tried plugging it in, but nothing. Please help!! I’m going away and really want to have my Kindle!!

Thanks a bunch for these tips. I’m just trying them out and I let my (3 and 5 yr old) kids listen in as I toggle the text to speech voice from a male to female, then back again. They found it pretty amusing and got them really intrigued.

These are pretty neat shortcuts — not that I’d be using a lot of the mp3 player (too much of a distraction), the read to me feature (same reason), or playing minesweeper . What I’d really like to know is where I can possibly get a full manual for the Kindle 2. I got mine second-hand for a really cheap price, and though it works perfectly well, it came sans instructional guide.
